At Champagne House, our private holiday house with pool,  you will have many places to lounge , dine & relax. 

The Lanson Library with its hidden bar complete with our interesting librarian has comfortable seating and a range of books. The Laurent- Perrier Piano Lounge has plush sofas, comfortable chairs, vintage Champagne items and an english Piano John Broadwwod & sons (always tuned!). 

There  is The Bollinger GAME ROOM downstairs with some interesting vintage items, an electric wine cellar,  a vintage fusball table,  fire place...  looking out onto the courtyard.  Outside you will find the French/Moroccan courtyard complete with its mural painted by a well know local artist.  The undercover terrace has some interesting Moroccan  items, a summer kitchen, fridge, plancha, table and chairs and a sitting/lounge area. 

Further into the courtyard there is a small plunge pool, rockery, deckchairs and chair hammock.

 The courtyard stairs take you to the upper terrace,  here you will find sun beds,  a seated lunch area for up to 10/12 people. After dark this is the ideal place to view our movie wall with our 4K videoprojector provided onsite.

The kitchen upstairs is very well equipped, with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, several electric and gaz oven, 4 gaz hobs, worktop counters, coffee machine , microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a lot of french vintage glassware and dishes to enjoy ! Facing the kitchen, this landing offers also access to a confortable 12 people winter dining room, furnished with antique french furniture.
